Last decade in Russia refining sector was marked by a number of new projects and modernization programs that were implemented in all O&G Companies. There are almost 60 refineries registered by the Ministry of Energy, around 35 of them are operational and 20 are either being constructed or going through early stages of development. In the meantime, around 130 secondary processing units were built in the existing refineries.

Now, when new capacities are added, it is project management and OpEx tools and strategies that downstream companies are looking for. And that is what they will be given during the Petrochemical and Refining Congress (PRC Russia & CIS) - that will be held in Moscow, 9-10th of April 2018.
